Kate Macfarren (1881)

Kate Macfarren was a touring chorister with Mr. D'Oyly Carte's "B" Company in April 1881. Her husband, James H. Macfarren, was a chorister with the Company in 1880-81. Mrs. Macfarren may well have used a stage name other than Macfarren, and Kate Grant, who played Isabel when "B" Company took up The Pirates of Penzance in November 1881 seems the most likely.
