THE D'OYLY CARTE OPERA COMPANY

Anna Vincent (real name Ann Valerie Steele) joined the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company chorus in April 1964, and remained with the Company until July 1967. During her tenure she played the small part of Fiametta in The Gondoliers on occasion during the 1965-66 season and took the role on a regular basis beginning in April 1967. She may be seen as a chorister in the 1966 film version of The Mikado.
